Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Additional Agreement: An agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content, or services in connection with a distance contract, delivered by the entrepreneur or a third party based on an agreement with the entrepreneur.

  • Withdrawal Period: The time frame in which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from a distance contract.

  • Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of trade, business, or profession and who enters into a contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Digital Content: Data produced and delivered in digital form.

  • Long-term Contract: A contract for the supply of products or services over an extended period.

  • Durable Medium: Any tool that allows storage of personal information in a way that ensures future access and unchanged reproduction (e.g., email).

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the withdrawal period.

  • Model Withdrawal Form: A template provided by the entrepreneur for exercising the right of withdrawal.

  • Entrepreneur: The webshop or business offering products and/or services at a distance.

  • Distance Contract: An agreement concluded as part of an organized distance sales system without physical presence.

  • Means of Distance Communication: Any method used to conclude a contract remotely.

  • General Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.


Article 2 – Orders and Purchases

2.1 Orders

  • By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

  • All orders are subject to approval. The webshop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order without liability.

2.2 Purchases

  • A purchase is completed once the order is approved and delivered.

  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report defects within a reasonable time. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


Article 3 – Applicability

  • These terms apply to all agreements and legal relationships between the webshop and the customer.

  • The webshop reserves the right to amend these terms. Updates take effect upon publication on the website.


Article 4 – Offer

  • Offers are valid within the stated period and while stocks last.

  • The webshop is not liable for typographical errors, incorrect images, or pricing mistakes.


Article 5 – Agreement

  • An agreement is concluded once the customer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

  • Customers may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving products, without giving a reason.

  • Withdrawal must be communicated clearly (e.g., via email or post).

  • Products must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal notification.


Article 7 – Costs upon Withdrawal

  • If the customer withdraws, the webshop will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to non-standard delivery choices).


Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Customized products or items that cannot be returned due to their nature are excluded.

  • Sealed items not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons are excluded once opened.


Article 9 – Price

  • Prices include VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • The webshop may change prices at any time, but not for ongoing agreements already concluded.


Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

  • Products must comply with the agreement and be free from defects.

  • Customers must inspect items immediately and report defects within a reasonable time.


Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

  • The webshop strives to deliver within specified times but is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

  • If delivery is delayed, customers will be informed as soon as possible.


Article 12 – Long-term Agreements: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

  • Long-term agreements last as specified in the contract. For agreements longer than one year, customers may terminate after one year with one month’s notice.

  • Renewals will be communicated in advance with updated terms and duration.


Article 13 – Payment

  • Customers must pay according to the payment methods on the website.

  • Late payments may result in reminders and interest charges.


Article 14 – Complaints Handling

  • Complaints must be reported promptly. The webshop aims to resolve them within 14 days.


Article 15 – Disputes

  • The parties will first seek an amicable solution.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent authority.


Article 16 – Additional or Deviating Provisions

  • Dutch law applies to all agreements under these terms.

  • Disputes will be settled by the competent court in the entrepreneur’s jurisdiction.
