Exchanges and Returns
Not satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that, and we’d love the chance to make it right.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll ensure the purchase amount is credited back to your account within 5 working days after receiving the return shipment.

Simple Returns in 3 Steps!

Note:
For items purchased during our Sale, refunds are not available. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed as store credit.

Step 1: Fill out the return form
Send an email to [our support email] and request the return form. Once we receive your request, we’ll email it to you. Download the form and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send back your order
Return the products together with the completed return form to the address provided. Be sure to include a tracking code with your package. Since you are responsible as the sender, this helps prevent any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return and transfer the purchase amount back to your bank account within 5 working days.
